We are looking for a high-energy, organized and passionate technical recruiter to contribute to our  technical recruiting efforts. As a technical recruiter at Dishcraft Robotics, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting and closing top talent. The position demands a balance of drive, creativity, interpersonal and basic analytical skills.  You will partner with industry leading engineers to hire top Mechanical, Software, Robotics, AI engineering teams.  In this role, you will play an important role in scaling our world-class team and bringing our robots to life. The ideal candidate will have an interest in advancements in robotics, food and technology as well as prior experience working with hardware and software companies.
 
About The Role
  • Management of full cycle recruiting process including candidate sourcing, interviewing/scheduling, extending offers/negotiating and ultimately making hires, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Proven ability to leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals to provide high-quality candidates.
  • Act as a business partner with executives and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals.
  • Track and manage hiring metrics and provide data-driven guidance to hiring teams.
  • Build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Organize and attend Recruiting events such as Meetups and industry relevant speaking engagements.
  • Stay connected to the competitive landscape, including trends in tech recruiting and compensation.
 About You
  • 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting.
  • Demonstrated successful track record of sourcing and recruiting with a drive for closing extraordinary technical talent.
  • Possess high degree of skill in traditional sourcing techniques in online social and professional networks in addition to demonstrated ability to design and execute on creative sourcing campaigns including- targeted sourcing campaigns, targeted networking, calling for names etc.
  • Experience working directly with senior executives, engineers, product managers and other technical teams
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence hiring managers, candidates and team members in a consultative way
  • Experience with defining and consistent management of recruiting metrics and reporting
  • Desire to be part of a fast-moving start-up and work in a fast-paced, collaborative, environment with few rigid boundaries
  • Professional experience working in a Mechanical or Software Engineering discipline a plus
  • BA/BS with strong academic record
