Vice President of Marketing at Airware

Airware is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to lead and manage our strategic product marketing efforts. We’re looking for a results-driven, product marketing expert to drive product positioning, product messaging, and go-to-market initiatives across our business. We need a marketer who can quickly conquer the learning curve, has a passion for developing content, translating complex details into clear value propositions, build comprehensive go-to-market launch plans, and craft compelling product messaging. You’ll work closely with Product Management teams, along with other critical stakeholders including Sales, Engineering, and Support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Accelerate sales by building out sales enablement for direct to enterprise and our Cat dealer channel
Build out industry-specific value propositions and messaging
Amplify our position in our target industries
Expand footprint in target enterprise accounts
Work closely with sales to help define and refine our pitch deck
Develop and improve outbound sales materials
Leverage marketing automation tools, like Pardot
Necessary Skills and Experience

Quantifiable track record of accelerating sales
Ability to effectively translate complex technical details
Experience creating product positioning and messaging
Proven success marketing industry-specific enterprise level solutions
Adept at understanding and leading analysis of the competitive environment
Experience working with sales to help close deals (presentations, materials, demos)
Strong track record in product marketing for SaaS companies
Digital marketing experience including marketing automation, SEO and SEM
Nice to have: experience in target industries mining, construction, aggregates, or insurance
10+ years experience preferred
