Technical Sourcer at Spire

Responsibilities of your role:

As a Technical Recruiter based in our Glasgow office reporting to the Head of Talent, you will work side by side with our global hiring managers and engineers to attract and search out the top 1% talent. The team you will be joining is relentless, so will your role be in helping to shape Spire’s future crew. We are expanding rapidly, and this is a chance to be a core member of the team, helping to impact precisely how we grow. Please note: This is an onsite position.

You will help us to champion a first-class candidate experience. You will be knowledgeable about our business — pumped about our shared vision, and constantly looking for new ways to share the amazing opportunity and brand behind Spire. You will be a resource for others on culture, our business, and talent.


Qualifications / Experience:

Minimum 5+ years experience in technical recruiting in the tech industry.
Extensive experience in screening candidates for both behavioral and technical fit
Ability in building robust talent pipelines of both active and passive candidates using innovative sourcing strategies
Passion for continuous improvement, refining sourcing strategies based on qualitative and quantitative metrics
Able to perform independently under pressure
A superior attention to detail, with particular ability to always follow-through
Tech savvy with a love for learning


Strong candidates will also possess skills in one or more of the following areas:

Experience managing candidate process through Greenhouse or another modern ATS
An existing network of relevant talent for our global offices
Experience working with space or satellites is a plus!
