Sales Engineer at Airware

Commercial drones are changing the way we do our jobs, how we collect information and how we better our world. We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to provide an immediate impact on company sales by generating new business through customer acquisition and driving existing customer success. The position will drive and accelerate the company’s inbound and outbound sales activity while contributing to the success of Airware’s Business Development initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to have a significant impact with a fast-paced startup, in a quickly emerging industry:

Proactively identify and contact Airware prospects to generate new business (zone EMEA, USA).
Execute sales initiatives with the goal of accelerating growth and maximizing customer confidence and experience.
Contribute to the achievement of Airware’s global sales and business development objectives.
Listen to customers and use astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceed their needs.
Able to overcome technical and business objections to create win-win solutions.
Persuade customers on appropriate Airware solutions that best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price and performance.
Craft customer proposals and negotiate options to meet both customer and company needs.
Build and maintain close relationships with customers and channel partners.
Relay pertinent customer feedback on product enhancement ideas and market.


Candidate Profile:

2-5 years in sales or business development experience in a B to B environment with a proven track record of sales performance.
Knowledge of mining and/or quarries
Ability to guide customers through the technical and applications issues associated with pre-sale of products/services.
Ability to patiently and efficiently guide customers through the technical and applications issues associated with pre-sale of products/services.
A results-oriented, team player with the drive to succeed and highly motivated to learn in a faced paced, entrepreneurial environment.
International sales experience.
Highly motivated to learn in a faced paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Energetic, highly motivated and strong ability to influence others.
Career oriented and inclined toward novel technologies and analytical problem solving.
Fluent English and French
Starting: ASAP.

Salary: According to profile and experience.
