Director of Product - Data Automation at Airware

As the Director of Product Management (Data Automation) you will own the vision and roadmap for data automation & production improvements across a set of verticals, including AEC and insurance, while working closely with engineering and product teams to implement automation & process improvements.You will be empowered by and accountable to our executive team for making continual cost, SLA, and scale improvements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Identify, solve, prioritize compelling process improvements around cost, SLA, and scale
In partnership with engineering and production teams, successful delivery of these process improvements, including train-the-trainer training
Communicate vision, roadmap, track progress, track competitive competencies across all levels including executives & BoD

Necessary Skills and Experience

Deep understanding of advanced image processing, Machine Learning techniques, complex algorithm and workflows. As well as automation methods in scalable environment.
Demonstrated experience improving cost, SLA and scale in a volume data production environment
Excellent product management values such as customer empathy, passion, ability to prioritize, clear decision making and keeping it simple
Experience working with offshore data production resources

Beneficial Skills and Experience

4-5 years hands-on experience with a broad range of image processing & geospatial tools and libraries including but not limited to:
AutoCAD, Bentley, Agisoft, Pix4D, QGIS, ArcGIS, GeoMensura, Global Mapper, OpenGIS, SketchFab, Proj4, GDAL, OGR, NumPy, Fiona, OpenCV, Rasterio,
Cloud technologies such as AWS, Autodesk Forge, REST API Design Patterns
Machine learning libraries such as Tensorflow, Keras, Caffe
