Head of Accounts & Customer Success at Compology

We’re looking for a Head of Accounts & Customer Success to own the post-sale relationship with our customers. Our clients are currently spread across North America, located in 38 US states and three Canadian provinces. The ideal person will work cross-functionally with our Leadership, Sales, Operations and Engineering teams to make sure we’re exceeding all of our clients’ expectations after they’ve joined the Compology family.


About the Role


In this role, you will work to ensure every client receives the best possible care and consideration after they’ve signed on with Compology. You will:


Act as primary contact for everything customer related after a contract is signed

Use data to clearly demonstrate Compology’s value by proactively scheduling check-ins, making touch points, and actively managing clients’ accounts while building methods for identifying which customers need our attention the most

Farm relationships with users and top decision makers across an organization

Proactively work to understand our clients’ needs, identify good candidates to purchase additional Compology products and collaborate with our Sales Team to win the business

Be responsible for customer retention and expansion


Our Ideal Candidate


4-5 years of experience in enterprise software Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success

Ability to tell a clear ROI story using data

Experience managing a diverse portfolio of customers

Ability to manage influencers through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building

Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models

An understanding of the importance of client accessibility and a desire to provide support at all times
