Inside Sales Representative at Airware

Airware is looking for a Inside Sales Representative to help us grow our client portfolio and work with existing customers to increase the scale and profitability of their individual accounts. We are looking for a positive and personable individual to build a sales pipeline by qualifying inbound leads, prospecting into new accounts, and work with existing clients to expand their relationship with our products and services. To be successful in this role, you will actively seek out future customers while managing an inbound pipeline as the first point of contact. You will also work with current Airware customers on growing existing deal sizes, and work with potential small and medium sized clients to close and win business.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Conduct prospecting to connect with potential customers through calls and email campaigns as well as close business within the SMB space of the AEC and Insurance markets

  • Work closely and collaboratively with marketing, sales, and channel representatives to develop and implement appropriate sales and prospecting strategies

  • Identify new qualified opportunities by prospecting SMB, Mid-Market & Enterprise organizations

  • Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly metrics and sales targets (meetings, qualified opportunity leads, new contacts, etc.)

  • Ability to talk through the solution through demos and videos

  • Prospect into accounts and overcome objections to generate leads and sales

  • Become a trusted resource for internal and external contacts


Necessary Skills and Experience



  • BA/BS or equivalent

  • 3+ years of sales and/or business development  experience (relevance is a plus, not required)

  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas

  • Strong interpersonal skills (friendly, outgoing personality, not afraid to talk to strangers!)

  • Self-starter

  • Ability to communicate complex ideas quickly and in a compelling way

  • Skilled in organizing and prioritizing competing time demands

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Experience identifying key decision makers

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to understand and successfully promote technical offerings and solution sets

  • Proficient in Salesforce.com, LinkedIN Navigator, Outlook/Gmail, Social Media and learning new SaaS solutions

  • Familiarity with the construction, mining/quarry, or insurance industries a plus
